Fort Belvoir Military Family Housing
2,070 Military Homes

The U.S. Army, Fort Belvoir, and Clark Pinnacle Family Communities LLC are working together to plan, operate, and construct military family housing communities for Fort Belvoir in Fairfax County, Va. The initial development plan, which spans eight years, includes the demolition and replacement of 1,630 homes and the renovation of 170 historically significant homes on Fort Belvoir. The project also encompasses five new Neighborhood Centers, one of which became the first new construction project in the military to achieve LEED Platinum status. When complete, Clark Pinnacle will manage a total of 2,070 Fort Belvoir homes for the U.S. Army during the next fifty years. Clark Pinnacle Family Communities LLC is a joint venture between Clark Realty and Seattle-based Pinnacle.
